As an international trainer and coach for over 20 years, Silvia brings her strong communication/media experience into her leadership-work with senior managers, young professionals and teams alike. A native German speaker, she is also fluent in English and frequently delivers internationally
Communication
Over the years Silvia has used her extensive acting and TV hosting experience to specialize in the area of leadership communication. This includes intensive presentation training, as well as training on handling the media and the facilitation of discussions in the media.
Leadership
For the last 14 years, Silvia has trained and coached both top executives and younger high-potentials at corporations such as BMW Group, NEC, Privatklinik Meiringen, Universitätsmedizin Mainz, Monier/Braas, Sony, E.on, Media Markt and many more.
Work/life balance
In dealing with her own stressful life of an executive coach on the road, Silvia began studying and coaching relaxation techniques (such as mediation) to business executives. Now that she has accumulated years of experience on the matter, she recently published a CD on relaxation.
