Research Focus
I'm a machine learning engineer specialising in deployment of machine learning algorithms in the field of neurodiagnostic applications and precision psychaitry. I'm the lead developer of the Neurominer Model Library online platform which serves as the basis of several neurodiagnostic machine learning tools for application in clinical environments. I have experience in designing, creating and implementing a machine learning tool from concept to final user oriented app. Apart from that, I'm also doing a PhD under Prof.Koutsouleris where I'm focusing on applying novel machine learning algorithms in the field of schizophrenia prediction using neuroimaging data.
My skill set includes 5 years of development experience in Python and 4 years of experience in Javascript, Php, and MySQL databases. Those experiences involve developing complex machine learning packages, software for environmental simulation as well as real time data visualization, interactive UI, and backend data management / analysis.
