Appointments in the Dizziness Clinic
Patients with state health insurance (except for “Dizziness in children” - see below after patients with private health insurance)
A referral from a neurologist or (only for Morbus Menière patients) an ENT doctor is a prerequisite for an appointment at the clinic. A referral from a GP is not sufficient.
Appointments can only be made by telephone by calling the following number:

It is not possible to make an appointment in person at the clinic! Patients who have not made an appointment by telephone will be turned away without exception. In acute emergencies please contact the emergency department of our hospital.
Please bring the following with you to your appointment:

| If possible, all previous findings (e.g. MRI images; medical reports); | |
| the doctor who is referring you should send a written examination report to us (preferably by fax: 00 49 89 7095-8794) at least one week before your appointment. Please inform your doctor of this! |

Please note:
Women should not wear eye make-up to the appointment. Please wear flat shoes!
Please report to the reception of the Dizziness Clinic at least 15 minutes before your appointment

Duration of the appointment:
Approximately 4-6 hours (please allow the whole day for the appointment if possible)

We regret that appointments for patients with state health insurance cannot be made under these numbers because the secretaries do not have access to the calendar for these appointments.
